CONTENT LICENSING AGREEMENT
This agreement allows The Imperial Ink to feature user-submitted content in a legally transparent way.
You keep full ownership of your work — always. You can revoke this license at any time.

Content Licensing Agreement
By submitting images, video, or any other media (“Content”) to The Imperial Ink, you agree to the following terms:
DEFINITIONS
The Imperial Ink, and its successors, affiliates, and assigns (collectively “The Imperial Ink”).
RIGHTS TO CONTENT
You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the Content submitted, or have obtained all required clearances
to do so. You acknowledge that submitting Content you do not own the rights to may result in serious consequences, for which The Imperial Ink will hold you accountable.
LICENSE
By submitting Content, you grant The Imperial Ink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use the Content, including:
— Displaying, distributing, reproducing, and publishing the Content across all platforms and technologies, current and future (Publishing Rights).
— Creating derivative works through adaptation, modification, or inclusion in any compilation (Derivative Works).
You are not entitled to any monetary compensation from The Imperial Ink for use of the Content.
OWNERSHIP
The Imperial Ink does not own your Content. You retain full ownership at all times.
PRIOR AND FUTURE LICENSES
You may continue to license your Content to other parties. You agree not to enter into any agreement that limits or extinguishes this license to The Imperial Ink. Should any later agreement conflict with this one, this agreement shall prevail.
TERMINATION
You may terminate this license at any time by emailing:
The license will remain in effect for a commercially reasonable period following termination. Any prior usage of the Content shall survive termination.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Imperial Ink, its officers and affiliates, from any claims, costs, or damages arising from or related to the Content you submit or this Agreement.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full effect.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
By submitting Content, you agree that doing so constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this Agreement.
